We don't represent just one country, We celebrate the flavors that bring all of Latin America together.

We are a family-owned and operated business born from a simple dream — to create food that tastes like home and makes you feel like family.

We are Emiliano from Argentina and Gabrielle from Ecuador.

What started as a pop-up tent at Bruce Trent Park grew into something neither of us expected. Today, with two locations and a food truck, we are always working on getting closer to more people across Las Vegas.

We firmly believe we have the best empanadas in Las Vegas — and we won't stop there. We'll keep giving you new reasons to always come back.

But what makes us truly special isn't just the food. It's the people behind it. What began as a couple selling empanadas from home has grown into a family business. Gabby's mom makes every single flan and alfajor from scratch. Gabby's brother drives and manages the food truck. Our sister-in-law runs our Town Square location. And our best friend manages our Flamingo location.

We are lucky to do this with people who treat this business like their own — from the quality of every empanada to the smile that sends you off at the door. That's the Empanada Factory way. That's family.
